My 8 year old son was looking for a new desk chair. He is quite picky about his chairs! We went to B&H and the owner personally showed my son about 8 chairs and waited for my child’s review of each one! He was patient and kind. This was obviously not a high dollar sale, but he made my child feel like a high end CEO making a major purchase decision. You will not get this level of customer service elsewhere. This is the only place we will be shopping for office furniture from now on!
